I am currently a designer at C2. I am also participating in their Mavericks program. Mavericks is a career acceleration program for select entrepreneurial designers and writers who are at the beginning of their career.
Another part of C2's process is the mashing up of seasoned professionals, up-and-coming designers with C2's business clients for something called MAVLAB. MAVLAB brings like and unlike minds together to spout out irrepressible thoughts while opening possibilities for revolutionary ideas.
