Convening, developing, and supporting a global network of leaders committed to systemic transformation.
After months of planning with Global Leadership Lab and a curated team of hosting facilitators, GLL’s second lab invited 50+ participants to create a space for system-changing ventures to be prototyped in three days.
We brought together several carefully curated ventures and also welcomed emerging ventures during the lab. With the Art of Hosting as a basis for the lab, my role was to introduce Design Thinking and the Think Wrong process during the last day of the lab.
The goal of the lab was to start an ongoing reciprocal relationship between the ventures that emerged from the three days and GLL’s ecosystem that will create value for all involved.
