A quick side note regarding this work

I’ve been a part of Project M since 2009. Most of the work you see here is from Project M. It’s no lie that it’s shaped my professional career. I’ve had the privilege of working with the most talented people, now friends, from all around the globe.

John took a chance on me and allowed me to help him grow Project M at his side.

Project M has expanded my ideas of what design can do and the positive impact it can have on the world.

I’ve learned the importance of incorporating human-centric approaches in my work as well as building empathy around the people I’m designing with (not for).

Other things I’ve learn from Project M:
+ The skill of asking hard, important questions
+ The importance of community engagement
+ Working with little to no resources/small budgets

I can go on and on with what I’ve learned from M.

I’ve had the pleasure of facilitating countless Think Wrong workshops to a wide range of people—from middle school students to C-Level executives. Along with creative facilitation and design strategy, Project M also exposed me to social entrepreneurship which has been a valuable skill as a designer.

I’m still active in Project M. As an advisor and co-facilitator, I try my best to pay it forward to the next person who is hell bent on creating positive change in the world.
